Charcuterie {pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree"} is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other products.

Here at Charcuter-Me, we give you a personal charcuterie experience, expressed through mindfully curated boards- just for you! We thoughtfully customize what cheeses, meats, and accoutrements are used - giving you a fun and new experience with each board!

We take special requests in order to accommodate those with health + dietary requirements, allergies, etc. *Please note all requests are subject to availability.*

CHARCUTER-ME BOARDS

Charcuter-Me = Elevated Snacking.

Orders must be placed 4 days in advance.

If you need a rush order within 48-72 hours, please contact us as it is
subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability.

Rush fee is applied depending on size of board.

Available in St. Francis at our commercial kitchen

Tuesday-Friday: 3-5pm

Saturday: 9-11am

*If you do not pickup within 20 minutes of your selected pickup time, without communication to Charcuter-Me, you will not receive a refund*


Delivery:

Tuesday-Friday: 3-5pm

Saturday: 9-11am

Available in MKE County and areas of Waukesha and Ozaukee County

*Customer will be subject to additional charges if delivery attempts are made and they request for delivery to be rescheduled after driver has already arrived and/or delivery window has passed.*

Charcuter-Me began in 2020 by Amanda Mattefs, one of the biggest Wisconsin Cheeseheads you'll ever meet. (Go Pack Go!) Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, cheese has always been one of her greatest loves (Wisconsin is the Dairy State after all!)

Amanda, a graphic designer by trade, loves creating something new, fun, exciting, and out of the box with every board she makes. What once was a passion and beloved hobby has now turned into your one-stop-shop for custom charcuterie boards. It's time for #ElevatedSnacking!

Health + Safety Information

‘Charcuter-Me is doing our best to keep up with daily updated CDC
guidelines + recommended safety measures.  It's important
that we note that our kitchen space is held to the highest health
standards and we have the following procedures in place:

• We work out of a commercial kitchen in St. Francis, WI - 5 minutes south of downtwon Milwaukee

• Multiple sanitized work stations are set up with different sets of gloves and masks to prevent and eliminate cross contamination. 

•  All produce is rinsed, and all items are wiped down before use.

•  We use disposable boxes and cellphane to offer you different sizing options and to minimize equipment use. 

 •  If asked, we offer contact-less delivery to avoid your board coming into contact with multiple environments and/or people. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your order 7 days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 4-6 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-3 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.

*All bulk orders over $500 are not able to be refunded*

DISCOUNTS:

Discount codes can only be applied to boards on website. They do not apply to grazing tables and workshops.
